ABODE is in the News Once Again

ABODE has just learned that our award-winning model home will be prominently featured in author Sheri Koones' new book titled Prefabulous + Sustainable, scheduled to hit bookstores in April 2010. Sherri's new book focuses on building and customizing affordable, energy efficient homes in an effort to inspire homeowners to consider more environmentally friendly options for their home. She does a great job of profiling homes that are true inspirations because they were built with great forethought, sensitivity and practicality. All of the homeowners, builders and architects not only considered environmental issues in building these houses, but also budgetary issues - in all cases attempting to build the houses for the least amount of money with the least amount of waste and the most efficiency. And to top it off, the foreword is written by Robert Redford himself! This is sure to be a great read.
